Pursuant to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "LFPDPPP"), its regulations (the "Regulations"), and other applicable provisions, Actinver Insurance Services, Agente de Seguros y Fianzas, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller” or “Actinver,” interchangeably), designates as its address for all purposes related to this Privacy Notice and other matters concerning it the following: Montes Urales No. 540, P.B., Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, Telephone: +52 (55) 86 36 55 50, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, C.P. 11000, in Mexico City. Actinver informs you that during the processing of the personal data you provide to us, we will establish the necessary measures to comply with the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and accountability established by the LFPDPPP and its Regulations for the personal data you provide.
The personal data you freely and voluntarily provide to Actinver through any means we make available, or that comes to us through publicly accessible sources or any other lawful sources (collectively referred to as “Personal Data”), considering your rights under the Law and Regulations, may include:
a) Personal Data: Full name, address, phone numbers, photograph, Tax Identification Number (RFC), Voter Identification Card (INE), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), gender, nationality, place and date of birth, educational level, email address, driver’s license number, professional and academic background, work experience, marital status, general data of family members (parents, siblings, spouses, children), current and past employment data, personal references, and other identifying information, physical characteristics, biometric data, academic, employment, legal, migratory data, and similar data within this category exclusively.
Personal data of third parties provided by you to Actinver for compliance with the identified purposes (e.g., family members or beneficiaries) or for secondary purposes must be provided after you have informed them about the existence of this data processing and the content of this Privacy Notice.
b) Financial and/or Property Data: Housing Credit Number with the National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), Retirement Fund Administrator (AFORE), Social Security affiliation (IMSS), bank accounts and/or transactions, property relationships, gross and/or net income, average monthly expenses, debts to third parties, owned or rented movable and immovable property and their value, bank account number(s) and interbank account number(s) (Clabe) for electronic transfers, and similar data within this category exclusively.
c) Sensitive Data: Religious, social, civic, or cultural association, blood type, weight, height, clothing size, illnesses, current health status, tattoos, union affiliation, hobbies, entertainment preferences, and similar data within this category exclusively.
C. Purposes of Data Processing.
The personal data processed under this Privacy Notice will be used only to fulfill, primarily, the purposes inherent in negotiating and, if applicable, finalizing a business relationship with you, as well as the negotiations, planning, and execution of business and commercial activities we undertake with third parties or designated individuals to whom we provide this Privacy Notice for compliance. Secondly, for purposes not necessarily related to the business relationship with you, these purposes are divided into two categories for your information:
a) Primary or Necessary Purposes:
Management, control, administration, and updating of information related to clients and legal representatives of clients (in the case of legal entities) of Actinver, necessary to carry out and confirm operations, contract services with Actinver, and ensure the security and confidentiality of transactions.
Analysis of the credit quality, creditworthiness, and payment capacity of Actinver’s clients in accordance with applicable legislation.
Analysis of personal, professional, and financial profiles of Actinver’s clients under applicable law.
Management, control, and administration of communications between Actinver and its clients.
Monitoring, controlling, and auditing to ensure compliance with national, international legislation, and treaties to which Mexico is a party.
Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, integrity, and transparency obligations; as well as legal provisions on anti-money laundering, terrorism financing, and other sector-specific regulations through the implementation of administrative and technical procedures established for these purposes.
Management, control, and administration of judicial or extrajudicial collection of services provided by Actinver.
Customer service and follow-up on complaints and/or clarifications through communication channels established by Actinver.
Statistics and historical records of clients and their legal representatives at Actinver.
b) Secondary or Non-Necessary Purposes:
Sending communications about offers and new products and/or services provided by Actinver.
Sending information and commercial offers (electronic and physical) about products and/or services offered or produced by third parties.
Promotion, distribution, marketing, and sale of products and/or services offered by Actinver’s business partners.
Sending information about social events organized by Actinver.
Sending information about recreational, educational, or cultural activities organized by Actinver.
Your rights to withdraw consent or object remain unaffected if you fail to express your objection to the processing of your personal data before providing or using it.
D. Transfer of Personal Data.
Your personal data may be transferred within the national territory or abroad to the following categories of recipients and for the purposes identified below, as well as those outlined in the preceding section:
Parent Companies, Affiliates, or Subsidiaries of Actinver: For centralized information storage, compliance with transparency obligations, anti-money laundering prevention, as well as statistical and historical record purposes for clients and their legal representatives.
Public Bodies: Federal, state, or municipal administrations; commissions; institutes; and/or regulatory entities for fulfilling transparency and anti-money laundering prevention obligations, as well as for compliance with judicial or administrative requests issued by competent authorities.
Foreign Organizations, Entities, or Authorities: To comply with requirements or requests with effects in Mexico or those enforceable under international treaties to which Mexico is a party.
Financial Entities: To comply with transparency, anti-money laundering prevention obligations, and other legal provisions.
Service Providers: To assist Actinver in executing services related to your contract and addressing compliance with judicial or administrative requests issued by competent authorities.
Third Parties (Commercial Alliances): Exclusively for providing additional products and/or services related to your contract.
E. Exercise of ARCO Rights.
In all legally applicable cases, you may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (“ARCO Rights”) at any time through the procedures we have implemented.

Actinver will communicate its determination within a maximum of 20 days from the date of receipt of the request. If the request is deemed appropriate, it will be effective within 15 business days following the date Actinver communicates its response. In cases where the information provided in your request is incorrect or insufficient, or if the necessary documents to prove your identity or legal representation are not included, Actinver will require the correction of deficiencies within five business days of receiving your request. You will then have 10 business days to respond, starting from the day following the receipt of Actinver's request. If no response is provided within this period, the request will be deemed not submitted.
You may obtain the requested information or personal data through simple copies, electronic documents in standard formats (Word, PDF, etc.), or any other legitimate means that ensure and demonstrate the effective exercise of the requested right.
Alternatively, you may send your request to Actinver’s Personal Data Department via email at unidad@actinver.com.mxor visit one of the customer service financial centers where entities of Grupo Financiero Actinver are located. In all cases, you must meet all previously mentioned requirements and indicate "ARCO Rights and/or Revocation of Consent" as the subject of the communication. The timeframes for the procedure will remain the same as described above. If the term established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations expires without Actinver responding to your request, you may initiate a procedure to protect ARCO Rights before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI). INAI is located at Insurgentes Sur No. 3211, Col. Insurgentes Cuicuilco, Delegación Coyoacán, C.P. 04530, Mexico City. This must be in accordance with the requirements that INAI informs you of in due course.
F. Revocation of Consent.
You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time by sending an email to our Personal Data Department, clearly specifying the personal data, the purpose, and the activity for which you do not authorize processing. This is provided that the data is in our databases or files or is reasonably accessible to us.
G. Limitations on the Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Data.
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by submitting the corresponding request to our Personal Data Department. The requirements to verify your identity and the procedure for processing your request will be the same as those outlined in Section E of this Privacy Notice (Exercise of ARCO Rights).
H. Modifications or Updates to This Privacy Notice.
Actinver reserves the right to modify, update, extend, or otherwise change the content and scope of this Privacy Notice at any time, at its sole discretion. In such cases, Actinver will notify you of these changes through its website at actinver.com in the section labeled “Privacy Notices.”
a. It changes its identity;
b. It needs to collect additional sensitive, financial, or asset-related personal data not specified in this Privacy Notice, especially when such data is not obtained personally or directly from the data subject and requires their consent;
c. It alters the purposes that originally justified or are necessary for the legal relationship between Actinver and the data subject or incorporates new purposes that require the data subject's consent; or
d. It modifies the conditions for data transfers or intends to conduct transfers not initially specified, and such transfers require the data subject's consent.

This Privacy Notice complies with the requirements established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, the Privacy Notice Guidelines, and other applicable legal provisions.
